As always, the guys at The Garage are as friendly, trust-worthy, and efficient as anyone could ask for. It's nice to feel comfortable and confident leaving my vehicles with them.

I got an appointment right away, they accomodated my drop off/pick up needs, and they had really good follow up. I have been to The Garage before and they had my maintenance records handy so they knew what was done on my car and when. I have a 2001 Jetta so it needs a little more attention than a newer car. They didn't try to oversell me on things that needed to be fixed, and they were clear on what needs to be done now versus what should be done in the next 3-6 months. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

I've been going to the garage for several years now and have always been impressed with their service. They're quick, do a good job, they're reasonably priced, and they even wash your car. Most of all, I like that I never feel like they're "finding" problems that didn't exist. It always sucks to bring your car in for just an oil change and all of a sudden they need to change your brake pads because even though you didn't hear any squeaking they're down to 5%, right? I've had that happen at too many other places where they charge $100 just to find out what the problem is, and it makes me feel like they're just cheating me. I've never had that feeling at The Garage.

Warren was very helpful when I was in a bind and went in w/ no appointment and they were fully booked.

I would have given 5 stars if I would have been contacted in a timely manner with the recommendation and cost for my car. I had to call to get the information and the work up was not complete.

Great service and people. As always. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust in a big city. These guys are a gem.

The Garage is my new go to place for all repairs in SF and I will be recommending them to everyone. These guys were awesome for a lot of reasons: - I had a last minute repair and it was fixed within 24 hours. - They were honest and did not try to over sell. - The bill was WAY lower than I had anticipated. - The staff was kind, patient and went above and beyond.
