I have taken my cars to The Garage for a few years now and my most recent experience was not a good one. I had taken my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Prior to dropping off the car, I let them know that the Blind spot monitoring was malfunctioning and asked them to take a look at it. When I received the call that the car was ready for pickup, I was reassured that the technician had attempted on several occasions to test the blind spot monitoring and they found no issue with it. While on the phone I explained that the light on the dash was flashing and it had been happening since I last took it in when I got the battery replaced. Again, I was reassured that it was working cause he had just moved the car to the parking lot. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was noticed that the blind spot monitoring light was flashing on the dash and they had to then diagnose the issue and in the end I was informed that it's a software issue and they are unable to fix the problem. This was a frustrating situation as I was reassured that the issue was resolved prior to me picking up the car and that the technician had attempted to replicate the problem with no success. It felt like they said they were unable to fix the issue as it was 30mins prior to the shop closing. I am not sure that I will continue bringing my car to the Garage in the future.

Edgar is so professional yet friendly. I trusted what he said. I had my Jeep given a compression test. The cost was exactly what he said without any taxes.

Great, quick service. I had a couple pesky dashboard lights come on in my Nissan Altima, and the folks at The Garage identified the issues quickly, laid out what was urgent versus what was cosmetic, and fixed what needed fixing in a short span.

Quick, straightforward service. Garage called me to explain what was wrong and how much it would cost. Easy to drop off and pick up. Highly recommend for car repair in the City.

Took my 01 Toyota MR2 Spyder in for a full checkup after pulling it out of storage. Kyle quoted me a fair price (with breakdown, via email) for all the serviced I anticipated needing. Scheduling was also done via email. I was 30 min late getting to my appt and was able to call ahead to let them know. Got oil changed, brakes bled and battery replaced by end of day. They didn't have an air filter in stock, but I was able to come in the next day for it (20min). The tech forgot to check my tire pressures as part of the overall service, but I was able to point this out and addressed on my subsequent visit. Overall, really happy with service and value for money.
