Best service I've had anywhere. Will diagnose issues with car and give a 'red, yellow, green' priority list for what needs work, along with photos which they will email to you. Very honest. Also had the cheapest price of 4 shops I called and can work on BMWs.

Moved to SF from Chicago a year ago and really had to read through tons of reviews before deciding to bring my business to "The Garage". Couldn't be happier with my decision to make "The Garage" my go-to shop when my Lexus IS250 needs any sort of work. Staff is super friendly, and just as importantly, they are incredibly responsive to both emails and calls. They always call me before doing any work that I didn't anticipate (or will verify with me before doing any work if the labor costs are exceeding initial estimates). I really feel like I'm in good hands here... and I'm sure you will too!

Toni at the front desk kept me updated on every step of my car's journey in their shop. I'm currently driving across the country and this place was able to fit me in on the same day I went to them which was a HUGE convenience. Their prices were awesome and totally affordable. Ran a computer test free of charge, fixed some minor things, and took it next door to the auto shop to get a quote for my rear bumper without any hidden fees. Definitely recommend giving this place a look.

They are very friendly especially Warren who has always been extremely nice and accommodating. They always take me in even when it's a last minute emergency. Their estimates are very good. They work long hours. Most importantly, they care about their reputation. They certainly have me as a long term repeat customer and I really appreciate all the good work you guys have done!
