We've been having our vehicle serviced here since 2012. The quality of their work, right-off-the-bat, makes looking for another auto service center unworthy of thought. The Garage offers high-caliber, expeditious, and reasonably prices services.

Loved Danny and staff at The Garage. Found them through Open Bay - a new app to compare prices on car repairs. I am not an early adopter - but glad I tried this app because I found The Garage through them. The prices were reasonable, they asked if I wanted any additional services and the customer service via email ahead of time meant that they had the part in stock when I arrived. Best part - they are near work so I was able to walk there and back for services.

I really appreciate the professionalism and customer service I get when I go to The Garage. I don't have any doubts that they'll take very good care of your car when you bring here. I believe their prices are fair, and for the service you're getting, I'd say it's a good value for an SF mechanic.

From the time I called to get an estimate for the work that needed done on my car to when I picked up my car, the service I received at The Garage was quick, efficient and friendly. And most importantly, the cost of my repair was very reasonable and they guarantee all repairs for 2 full years and 24,000 miles! The Garage is always my go-to place for car repairs.

Friendly and very responsive staff and mechanics. They seemed to actually care as much about my car as I do. When i picked my car up, I had to come back around the block because my driver door speakers weren't working. They made it right in the end and were very fast about doing so.

perfect experience for my first time going to that shop...brought my car to get them to fix the rear stop light that didnt come up. 30min later, William (one of their tech), came to the coffee shop where i was working from and handed over my car keys saying that the light bulb and gasket had to be replaced, they didn't charge me for anything! no part and labor cost! i am definitely going to back there again..these guys remind me of Yarnel's a car mechanic in Mountain view that i had been going to over the past 16years (but not always easy to go there since i now live in SF)

Had an issue with a repair. Kind of talked me into repairing my 1997 Subaru rather than donating the vehicle. Recommended new spark plugs, forgot to tell me of a potential helix problem found in the evaluation. Spark plugs that they installed blew out in three weeks and rendered the vehicle unusable. Would not consider a refund, Claimed they did not over tighten the spark plugs and that I approved the work, which without all the findings is not an informed affirmation. They made poor recommendations, omitted critical findings in a report I paid for and although professional have not been very understanding. Had to send matter to the Automotive repair board and Small claims court for potential Satisfaction.

I find the mechanics at The Garage do excellent work! Plus I trust their diagnosis of my car because my son is a mechanic and always agrees with what The Garage recommends!
