These folks are amazing. Honest, fast and very customer orriented. If you're looking for a mechanic to trust, use these guys. Just don't tell anyone else. I still can get an appointment easily. ;-)

No wonder the Garage is the best automobile mechanic shop in the City of San Francisco. they changed the engine oil of my car, checked those noises of my car, and gave the free check up of my car. Why is free? Because I didn't see in the bill. Howard Chan, Manager of the Garage charged me a very reasonable price and was also provide 130% customer satisfaction service. why 130%? Howard sent his employee drop me back to my office after I dropped off the car in the Garage (it was a BIG PLUS), described and gave details information to me about their work and charge in the phone. At the end, he also sent a employee to pick me up from my office. I don't know how to say it, it was awesome. I just did the OIL CHANGE, but they took care of me as a VIP. IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. Anyway, I will definitely go back to the Garage if my cars have any problems. in fact, If you are looking for automobile mechanic shops, do your own research. But guess what, why waste your time, take your car go to the Garage because they are the best automobile machine shop in the City. Howard, thank you very much!Li Huang

I brought in my silver panda aka 2004 Honda Civic to get the battery, two tires, and the brake pads replaced. I had actually gotten my 60k maintenance earlier that day at a different garage, but found the price to be so exorbitant and the sales people semi-threatening, that I called around and settled on the Garage after getting the break down of labor and parts for my remaining repairs. Howard Chan and a few other guys there worked on my car, and they were so, so nice. They called me to walk me through my repair options and then followed up by email so that there was no confusion. Furthermore, they noticed how dirty my car was and gave it a complimentary washing. I really felt like they treated me as if I were their little sister and I have no qualms recommending them whole heartedly. I don't wish any more repairs on my cars in the near future, but it's no longer something I dread, thanks to the guys at The Garage.

So, I came to this place mainly based on the yelp review, and I say they did not disappoint. They lived up to the hype -- service was courteous, professional, and most importantly, prompt. They charge fair prices and really made a bad problem okay. I will be back and will be moving all the work for my cars here.
