They take the time to explain your options, and they are honest about what needs to be done and they'll even try to save you money. No wonder the Garage is the best automobile mechanic shop in the City of San Francisco. they changed the engine oil of my car, checked those noises of my car, and gave the free check up of my car. Why is free? Because I didn't see in the bill. Howard Chan, Manager of the Garage charged me a very reasonable price and was also provide 130% customer satisfaction service. why 130%? Howard sent his employee drop me back to my office after I dropped off the car in the Garage (it was a BIG PLUS), described and gave details information to me about their work and charge in the phone. At the end, he also sent a employee to pick me up from my office. I don't know how to say it, it was awesome. I just did the OIL CHANGE, but they took care of me as a VIP. IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. Anyway, I will definitely go back to the Garage if my cars have any problems. in fact, If you are looking for automobile mechanic shops, do your own research. But guess what, why waste your time, take your car go to the Garage because they are the best automobile machine shop in the City. Howard, thank you very much!Li Huang
