You guys are GREAT! Took me in on short notice and finished in just a few hours. Even picked me up at my office (few blocks away) because of the down pouring rain.

No complaints, as usual, and lots of contentment, as usual. Staff is always friendly, helpful, patient w/ the concerns I express. Mechanics are knowledgeable, competent, quick to finish.

I spoke mainly with Howard but everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. I find this particularly important when you're female and looking for auto repair. When I took my car to the Toyota dealership to fix my a/c the person checking me in was so condescending. He said there was still cool air blowing and proceeded to "demonstrate" how to turn on my a/c properly. I reiterated how I tried it out on various settings when it was hot out, not when it was 48 degrees like it was at the moment he was inspecting it. I know how to work the a/c! I couldn't believe it. I took my car home. To be fair, the Toyota person probably thought he was doing me a favor by saving me the $175 diagnostic fee and giving me a "tutorial" on my car, but really? The Garage was thorough, refilled the coolant and found the leak. I also had them do my oil change. I'd take my car to them anytime. It's worth the drive from Ocean Beach. Thanks for everything!

You guys were extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & did not break my bank. I couldn't' have been happier.

First car of my own, first garage experience. They fixed it in one day and got me back on the road in time for a weekend trip I had planned. They kept me up to date on all necessary repairs and explained everything clearly.
