I feel that the "Garage" is one of the last truly hoest place you can bring your cat to, get great service, and leaving feeling that the prices were not only fair but reasonable.

Most everyone was very helpful. One of the service persons said something that I thought was in appropriate though. Because I was not willing to get a more expensive job done hinted that they did not want to do the less expensive job that I came there in the first place to get done.

Warren was very courteous and professional on my last visit. Would highy recommend The Garage to others.

This was my second experience with the Garage and I couldn't be more satisfied. Both times I've taken my Passat in for service, the turn around has been quick and the price has been unbeatable. I always end up over-budgeting (I guess that's what happens when you're used to paying dealership pricing!). As a female with no knowledge of autos whatsoever, I always worry that I am being taken advantage of. However, the Garage always explains everything fully and confirms my understanding.

So this is my 3rd or 4th time having my car serviced at The Garage... and once again, it reaffirmed that I won't ever take my car elsewhere. Got my windshield replaced. Warren said it'd be done at around noon; at around 12:30 I got a call saying I could come pick it up. Fast, professional, super courteous... there's a reason why I always keep coming back. THANKS, GUYS.

Excellent customer service. The technician talked me through the issues that were discovered with the car and described my options very clearly. This is a very customer oriented shop. I would highly recommend.

I brought in my Subaru Forester because it needed new brakes and the cv boot was torn. I was told that the right axle had to be replaced and brakes and rotor needed replacing. The car was ready the next day, but it had developed a noise that was not there before having the car repaired. The car was brought back in to determine what was making the noise. It was tough to figure out what was causing the problem, but after a few days and a couple of right axle replacements the problem was fixed. It didn't cost me anymore than the first repair, even though it cost them many man hours to fix it. The shop, especially Warren, were always professional and nice. I would take my car there again and recommend them to my friends

We have taken our car to The Garage on several occasions. This most recent time was due to someone rear-ending our car. Howard made our experience so easy - he clearly explained the process of getting the car looked at, helped arrange a rental car and worked directly with the insurance company to move things along. Overall, he was helpful, friendly, provided actionable facts and information and was a pleasure to work with even under stressful circumstances such as a wrecked car. Thank you!
