I always love the service, dedication, timing, and results. Everything was explained in detail and options were given. I never felt pressured to do more than I needed to get done, but the availability and limits were noted for future reference.

No complaints, as usual, and lots of contentment, as usual. Staff is always friendly, helpful, patient w/ the concerns I express. Mechanics are knowledgeable, competent, quick to finish.
I spoke mainly with Howard but everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. I find this particularly important when you're female and looking for auto repair. When I took my car to the Toyota dealership to fix my a/c the person checking me in was so condescending. He said there was still cool air blowing and proceeded to "demonstrate" how to turn on my a/c properly. I reiterated how I tried it out on various settings when it was hot out, not when it was 48 degrees like it was at the moment he was inspecting it. I know how to work the a/c! I couldn't believe it. I took my car home. To be fair, the Toyota person probably thought he was doing me a favor by saving me the $175 diagnostic fee and giving me a "tutorial" on my car, but really? The Garage was thorough, refilled the coolant and found the leak. I also had them do my oil change. I'd take my car to them anytime. It's worth the drive from Ocean Beach. Thanks for everything!
