San Francisco Auto Repair

I spoke mainly with Howard but everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. I find this particularly important when you're female and looking for auto repair. When I took my car to the Toyota dealership to fix my a/c the person checking me in was so condescending. He said there was still cool air blowing and proceeded to "demonstrate" how to turn on my a/c properly. I reiterated how I tried it out on various settings when it was hot out, not when it was 48 degrees like it was at the moment he was inspecting it. I know how to work the a/c! I couldn't believe it. I took my car home. To be fair, the Toyota person probably thought he was doing me a favor by saving me the $175 diagnostic fee and giving me a "tutorial" on my car, but really? The Garage was thorough, refilled the coolant and found the leak. I also had them do my oil change. I'd take my car to them anytime. It's worth the drive from Ocean Beach. Thanks for everything!

Not only was everyone friendly, but fast. The parts I needed were there and installed within a day. The labor was a bit expensive, but that's what you pay for great service. There was some glue on the upholstery from a door panel repair, but it was free and done while I waited to pick up the car. I hope it comes out.

The Garage is the only place I will ever take my car. They treat you with respect and do a first class job at taking care of your car. I never feel I am being taken advantage of but instead feel I can trust everyone here to do what needs to be done and do a great job of doing it!
