I brought my car here for the first time after it got dented in an accident. The guys who work here were not only super friendly but completely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of how to deal with the other insurance company. They took care of everything and it was a huge relief to know that the whole situation was in competent hands. I highly recommend The Garage.
Had my 4 tires replaced @ The Garage. I also told them about some humming noise when steering the wheel: Turns out it was simply the fluids that were running low, so they topped off the oil + steering fluid for free. They called me twice during the process to let me know the cost & time the car would be ready to pick up
I will take my car back next time I need work.
Very helpful in dealing with an odd situation re. work done at a different shop. Great that you could work with them directly on some things. Only slight problem was that follow-up contact was by email which hit my spam folder. My fault for not checking it first as I'm accustomed to less-tech oriented shops calling first.
The Garage was fantastic with repairing our 2003 University owned vehicle in not so great shape. They were able to run all necessary diagnostics, order parts, and repair everything within 2 working days.
