The staff here at The Garage is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the work that they do. These guys take pride in their work and treat each vehicle as if it was their own so you'll get nothing but the highest quality service. Whoever is your service manager for that day will update you mid-day on their progress which is really nice because if they find out anything pertaining your visit, they'll make honest recommendations. Unlike some places such as which I'll exclude the name, my sister went in for a oil change and they recommended a whole suspension replacement because the shocks were "leaking." Just when she comes home for me to inspect it, obviously there was nothing wrong with the shocks and why would they recommend new pads, rotors, springs AND shocks?!? Now THAT doesn't make sense to me. But again, the guys at The Garage does honest work and they search for the best prices on parts for YOU!

This was a better experience than last time. The only issue was the OEM part was not compatible with my Jeep. therefore it took several days to get the Factory part. Thus a job that could have been done in one day required the factory part to be ordered and delayed from a friday to the following wednesday. all in all the job got done.

I make an appointment, take the car in. Staff at the Garage are polite and straight forward. The do the work requested and advise me if anything I should know without making it a push for more work on the car. So simple and pleasant, I forget I'm at a repair garage!Thanks

They replaced the rotors on my Accord. The staff is friendly and helpful, the whole operation is well run.

I was in a time crunch and really needed a tune-up before driving my car from SF to Colorado. As a female I'm always weary of car places taking advantage of me as I'm not very car savvy. The Garage assessed,tuned-up,and I think honestly addressed all of my cars needs. (Especially since they quoted up-front & I was able to run the estimate by my Dad and a few guy friends). Everyone said their prices were totally fair. I drove from SF to Colorado and back again without a glitch. This to me is evidence that The Garage is a top-notch place. I will definitely go back again.

I really appreciate Howard's attention to everything. The service was great, well priced, and coordinated for us including a special cleaning detail provided by another company. Very helpful.
