The crew here took care of me when I was in dire need and my car wouldn't start! They were already so busy but they made time for my emergency and even drove me to work! This was by far the best customer service I've ever had in the city!

Again, they did a great job, kept to their quote, and took the time to show me the part they replaced so I could learn more about what they had done. I'd definately recommend them.

I have been a Garage customer for about 7 - 8 years and am very satisfied with the level I receive each time my car makes it's way through their doors. The Garage is honest and fair and they make an effort to keep my automotive costs down. They have also proven time and again to accommodate me by providing last minute or emergency repairs. On a recent visit, I noticed that their customer service has gotten even better with professional representatives doing whatever they could to minimize my wait time and still do a thorough job on my car at the same time. I am and remain a very satisfied customer. In addition, the bathrooms were very clean, unlike typical auto garage bathrooms.

I found the Garage after reading the reviews on the web. They were all true. They were helpful, reasonable, fast and honest. What more could you ask? Highly recommend.

Howard was very nice and explained everything very well. The car drives well. They worked on what needed to be worked on and left minor issues to be monitored and kept the cost low. They even cleaned my car. Howard took the time and care to give me a tip on safe driving, just a small detail, but I appreciate that the Garage would go to that breadth of customer service. I chose this Garage because they quoted me the lowest price over the phone. Upon, pick up I was very nervous because I am a young female and I feel I always get taken advantage of by car shops. Instead, at the Garage the final bill was exactly what they had quoted me over the phone. My car was clean and everything had been done that I had asked for and nothing more! Howard and Danny were professional, honest and provided excellent care to my car. I would return with confidence in the future.

The Garage is great. I'm new in the city and am so happy to have a garage and mechanics I can trust. Prices were fair, but the service was where they excel. They are really detailed in their explanations and quick to fix what was wrong, which was imperative as I was leaving on a road trip for Memorial Day. I'll definitely be returning, hopefully not soon though;)
